Store accounts provide business and contact details (store name, address, contact information) and staff user details (name, email). The contact form collects the details you choose to send us. We avoid collecting patient or prescription information.

How it is used

Data is used to operate your store's account: billing and inventory records, access control, notifications and support. Your store's business data is isolated to your store and is not shared with other stores.

Security

Access is protected by authentication, roles and permissions. Sensitive actions are audit-logged. Exports and files are access-controlled. Logs are kept free of passwords and payment secrets.

Retention and export

Subscription expiry never deletes your data. You can export your store data while your subscription is active and after it ends. Contact us to request correction or deletion where applicable.
