The service

DamTech Medical Cloud is subscription software for medical store operations, provided on a subscription basis with a free trial where offered. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your store's information and for the actions of staff users you invite. Do not share credentials. Roles and permissions must be assigned according to what each staff member actually needs.

Subscriptions

Paid plans run for their purchased period. After the paid period and any stated grace window, the store becomes read-only until renewal. Your data is not deleted on expiry, and you may export it. Plan prices and limits are those recorded on your subscription at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

The service is for lawful business record-keeping. It is not a clinical tool and must not be relied on for diagnosis, prescribing or drug-interaction advice. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your store, including drug-licensing and tax rules.

No compliance claims

Storing GSTIN, licence numbers or invoice fields does not by itself make the software compliant with any regulation. You must verify configuration against your requirements with appropriate professional advice.
